Monthly rate: $775 per month plus tax (includes water and electric hookups)

Deposit policy:

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your site.
Deposits are non-refundable
If canceled before April 1st, deposit converts to camp credit valid for one year
Remaining balance due before arrival
Camp credit is non-transferable
