No, we do not currently offer primitive sites or tent camping, but we do have our own newly renovated Airbnb available.

• 100% of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking for all stays, regardless of when the reservation is made.
• No deposits are required for any reservations.
• We provide 75% refunds plus 25% camping credit if more than 10 days’ notice is given, and 100% camping credit if less than 10 days’ notice is given.
• You will receive an email confirmation after your booking, and a reminder will be sent before your arrival.
• We reserve the right to assign you to any available site within the same class (pull-through or back-in).
• The standard nightly rate includes up to 2 adults and a total of 6 people (e.g., 2 adults and 4 children, or 1 adult and 5 children).
• Additional adults (more than 2) will be charged $5 per night.
• 2 vehicles are included in the standard rate. This can include the RV and two vehicles, or an RV and one additional vehicle.
• Extra vehicles will be charged $5 per night and must be parked as directed by the office.

• Cancellations made more than 10 days before arrival are eligible for a 75% refund plus 25% camping credit.
• Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will receive 100% camping credit for a future stay.
• No refunds or credits will be given for weather, late arrivals, early departures, or if you are asked to leave due to violation of campground policies.

• If your planned stay is 14 days or less
• and you cancel 15 days or more prior to the planned arrival date, 25% of your initial deposit will be forfeited, and any remaining balance will be issued as a camping credit.
• and you cancel between 3 and 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, 100% of your initial deposit will be forfeited. If the guest has already paid the remaining reservation balance, this will be issued as a camping credit.
• and you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the planned arrival date/time 100% of the total reservation will be forfeited. If you do not show by 11:59 PM on planned arrival date and have not contacted us about your late arrival, your site will be forfeited at 11:59 PM.
• If there is a problem with your planned arrival date/time, you MUST contact us prior to the planned arrival to avoid site forfeiture.
• If your planned stay is 15 days or greater
• and you cancel 32 days or more prior to the planned arrival date, 25% of your initial deposit will be forfeited, and any remaining balance will be issued as a camping credit.
• and you cancel between 14 and 31 days prior to the planned arrival date, 100% of your initial deposit will be forfeited. If the guest has already paid the remaining reservation balance, this will be issued as a camping credit.
• and you cancel less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date/time 100% of the total reservation will be forfeited. If you do not show by 11:59 PM on planned arrival date and have not contacted us about your late arrival, your site will be forfeited at 11:59 PM.
• If there is a problem with your planned arrival date/time, you MUST contact us prior to the planned arrival to avoid site forfeiture.

• As a one-time courtesy, we will allow a change in reservation dates if you contact us at least 15 days prior to the start of a reservation no longer than 14 days, or 32 days prior to the start of a reservation longer than 14 days.
• If we cannot accommodate your new dates, the same cancellation policies above apply.

No, we do not allow transfers to another party, nor do we allow sub-leasing of sites.

If you double book, the above cancellation policies still apply.
