Park Rules

At Lake Haven Family Campground, we have established a small set of park rules to ensure every guest enjoys a safe and pleasant stay. These rules help maintain the tranquility and cleanliness of our beautiful environment, ensuring that everyone can fully appreciate the natural beauty of the Tennessee mountains. By following a common set of guidelines each guest contributes to a respectful and peaceful atmosphere. We kindly ask all visitors to adhere to these rules, so everyone can experience the best of what our park has to offer.

  • All vehicles must be clean and in good repair.
  • All vehicles must be clean and in good repair.
  • Vehicles, motorized and non-motorized may only be used on roads. Do NOT park on grass.
  • One RV and one tow/towed vehicle is allowed per site. We do charge for extra vehicles. Contact the office to settle charges and determine parking area.
  • No electric vehicle charging is allowed.
  • All campers and guests use all campground spaces and facilities at their own risk.
  • The owner of the camper must also own an appropriate tow vehicle. 
  • The guest who reserved the campsite will be held accountable for damages caused by the customer, their guests, children, pets, vehicles, etc.
  • Lake Haven Family Campground is NOT responsible for damages to camper or guest property.
  • Be considerate of other campers and guests.
  • Children must be supervised at all times and return to their campsite by 10 PM
  • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM
  • Campfires are only allowed in provided firepits and must be extinguished before retiring or leaving the property
  • Do not dispose of trash in firepits
  • Drunkenness will NOT be tolerated
  • If drinking alcoholic beverages away from your campsite, please use a koozie or cup, in consideration of other campers and the church next door
  • The barn and construction areas are off limits
  • The farmhouse is off-limits except for those renting the farmhouse or their guests
  • The following are prohibited
  • Generators, tents, and any type of camper without full electric, sewer, and water hookups
  • Overnight outside lighting
  • Fireworks
  • Washing vehicles of any type
  • Oil changes and other mechanical work
  • Permanent structures or connections
  • Dumping liquid on the ground or in dumpsters
  • Subleasing of sites
  • Pets must always be contained at your campsite or on leash.
  • Campers and guests must pick up after their pets.
  • Guests assume all liability for damages and incidents caused by their pets
  • Aggressive animals will not be tolerated and may cause guests to be evicted
  • Be bear aware. Do NOT leave food or garbage in the open, unattended.
  • No junk at campsite
  • No porches
  • No sheds
